About Us

Parnasi, a house of handcrafted tableware and linen, was founded with one single thought in mind - 'How do we create a self-sustaining model that gives back to the society?'
Because in this modern world, charity only goes a certain mile. Post that, you must create a model that ploughs back into places that need help. That's where a business comes into the picture. One where revenue is not made only for the sake of profits but to extend a helping hand to those in need.

Our founders are daughters, wives, sisters, mothers. They have been running their households for years. But they also carry business degrees older than those years. Their collective aim is to make a business that their daughters can be proud of. Their vision is to show by example that a woman is made from many pieces of a puzzle, and self-satisfying work is one of them.

With Parnasi, they are bringing their love for tableware, their fondness for Indian block print, their sense of styling, and their passion for social work into play. This is a place where products are sourced from rural and women artisans and handloom weavers, where the proceeds are directed into charities like Kanak Kamal Trust, where lost Indian art forms like Pichwai painting are revived.
